Do you accept credits cards or cheques as forms of payment?
No, unfortunately, this is not an option. Cash is the only method of payment accepted.
Can I return my purchase or exchange it?
Sorry, once you’ve made your purchase, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Think of this as an online garage sale! =)
If I decide to use the product list to select my items, am I committed to purchasing them?
No, there is no commitment on your part. The product list is there for you to send me a list of things you would like me to hold for you. Once I have responded to your email, you have 48 hours to pick up the held items. If the items are not picked up in the next 48 hours, then the items will simply be put back up for sale.
I would rather view the items in person before deciding to purchase them. Is this possible?
Of course! Please use my contact form to inform me that you‘d like to see these items. We will work together to arrange a mutually convenient time for us both.
Can you make any deliveries?
Sorry, this is not an option. You are responsible to pick up the items.
Will you be adding more items to your store? How can I get updates about your store?
I will be adding more items to the store as time progresses. You can keep updated about any new stock by joining my mailing list. Please be sure to check your spam box if you do not receive any updates in your inbox.
In the catalogue, I noticed that some pictures have “PPU” on them. What does this mean?
PPU is an acronym for Pending Pick-Up. This means a potential buyer has place a hold on those items and is not available for sale. If the potential buyer no longer wants the item(s) or does not pick them up in the specified time, the PPU will be removed and the items will be back up for sale.
What is the general area you are serving?
I am serving Bowmanville, ON and its' surrounding areas.
There is no address in your contact information. Where am I supposed to pick up my items?
For security purposes, my personal information has not been shared. Please email me through the contact form to obtain the needed information.
What’s the difference between the Catalogue and the Product List?
The Catalogue is simply a way for you to peruse the items I have. The Product List allows you to select the items you want me to put on hold for you.
When I use the Product List, will I receive an email confirming the items I have put on hold?
Yes, an email will be sent to the address submitted in the form. This e-mail will contain a list of product codes related to the items you have opted for me to keep on hold. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you did not receive this email in your inbox folder.
I have not received an email confirming the items I have selected. What can I do?
Please send me an email informing me of this issue through my contact form.
I’ve received my email confirmation from the product list but I don’t understand the code.

Using the image as an example, you would go to the 12 month category, then into the "pants" subcategory and it would be the third picture in the gallery.

If I have further questions or wish to contact you, how can I do this?
